Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Company [Tip Top Service] is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor tooversee our cleaning team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining aclean and hygienic workplace, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing cleaning pro-cesses. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality standards to maintain aclean and safe work environment
Train and motivate employees in proper cleaning methods and safety procedures
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Perform quality control checks on completed cleaning to ensure adherence tostandards
Handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and cooperation re-garding cleaning needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of [2] years of experience in cleaning, including [1] years in a supervisory role
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellent results
Deep understanding of cleaning procedures, techniques, and safety standards
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
