At Foundever in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who wants to work with monitoring and quality assurance on behalf of an exciting new client and team. The client you would be working with is one of the biggest online retailers in the world, and you would be responsible for ensuring that the customer service, our representatives deliver to the client’s customers, is always of impeccable quality.

You would be part of a newly established team and you will – in cooperation with the Team Manager – work actively with establishing a good working environment within the team.

What does the role entail?

As Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide support, information and assistance to colleagues to ensure compliance with our client’s processes, guidelines and KPI’s.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing and improving knowledge base in regard to products and services
  • Monitoring phone calls and identifying quality issues
  • Close cooperation with Team Manager to achieve business KPIs.
  • Supporting the Team Manager in continuous skill development for all advisors on the team
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication of any issues to Team Manager/Operations Manager

In this role, it is also crucial that you have the drive to work with the continuous engagement, motivation and development of the advisors on the team, and that you want to be part of establishing and maintaining a culture within the team that emphasizes ambition, engagement and development.

What do we expect of you?

As our new Quality Assurance Specialist, we expect that you are structured in your way of working, you take responsibility for your work and your tasks and you have a cooperative mindset and a problem-solving attitude. It is also important that you:

  • Speak, write and understand both Danish and English
  • Can demonstrate outstanding communicative skills
  • Go the extra mile for your team
  • Proactively share, knowledge and updates with your coworkers

In this role, you will act as a focal point for the team and you are able to and interested in leading the way for the team.

How to apply?

The working hours are Monday – Friday from 09:00-17:00 and the position is 37 hours a week. The working place is Sluseholmen 2-4 in 2450 København SV.
